Artist / Program Description
A former trustee for the Puppeteers of America and an artist on the Illinois Arts Council Arts-in-Education Residency Program Artists Roster for more than a decade, Ginger Lozar has had the opportunity to share her talents as a performer and to help establish leadership in the performing arts world. Her hand puppet shows are action-packed, educational, thought provoking, and entertaining. Original scripts are designed to involve the audience members through active participation. Often, volunteers are given specific roles in a play or asked to perform a task such as participating in a celebration parade which culminates the performance.
Ginger Lozar’s Puppets has six forty-five-minute hand puppet shows available for performance.
